In order to provide our clients with the best quality and service, we have a clear cancellation and refund policy.

Any project begins with a comprehensive discovery/analysis and a scope of work document. This prevents project cancellations, reversals, or disputes by ensuring everyone knows what needs to be done.

Because achieving each objective takes time, there are no reimbursements for work already done. A mutual termination results in all completed work becoming the client's property and invalidating any additional payments. There is no refund for previous payments or deposits. Cash will not be reimbursed when the client accepts mock-up drawings and the project enters development.

Prorated refunds are not available for project stages that have already begun. Cancellations for services given by our marketing team on special occasions are not accepted. These offers have a predetermined expiration date and cannot be canceled.

The web/app service packages are non-refundable, but a documented cancellation request received 30 days before the scheduled start date will be accepted. A deposit or payment abandoned or parked for more than 30 days cannot be reimbursed.

Every effort will be made to develop a hosting package that suits each customer's needs. Your reimbursement will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to your account by direct deposit into your bank account or account credit. With credit cards, refunds are made to the same card used initially, while with payment gateway names, refunds are made to the same bank account.
